How to solve the noise issue when the Roots blower in Shandong is running?

First, identify the source of the noise. The reasons for the Roots blower producing noise include: 1. Incorrect positioning of the blower device, 2. Excessive engine pressure causing the blower to overheat, 3. Large abrasive particles entering the blower, causing machine wear and mechanical failure, 4. Poor assembly, with the guide gear and rotor orientation not aligned within the rotor, 5. Damage to the smooth gear due to overload or lack of maintenance, and bearing wear.
The accuracy of the Roots blower may decrease or become severely contaminated, potentially causing abnormal noise during operation. When abnormal noise occurs during normal operation of the Roots blower, it is essential to immediately check whether the blower's starting pressure meets the specified value and observe the input current of the blower motor through an ammeter to determine whether the input current is high or low.
The method to shut down the Roots blower: Insert the control handle on the blower's control lever into the manual position, and close the intake valve that separates the equipment from the vacuum system. Stop the main pump and the secondary pump in the order of the pre-stage water flushing pump, and do not stop them out of order to avoid damaging the machine.
When stopping the pre-stage water flushing pump, first open the sewage valve of the water flushing pump's buffer tank, then stop the pump. Close the inlet and outlet cooling water valves. Open the sewage valve of the central pump's lower buffer tank to remove oil and condensed water from inside the tank. If it is not used for a long time or during cold seasons, be sure to drain the remaining water from the tank after stopping, and open the drainage plug of the tank to drain the remaining water.
