  1. A simple and feasible method is to add a sunshade outside the fan, which is one of the direct cooling methods.

  2. If the temperature of axial flow fans, wear-resistant fans, and other fans rises too high, it is likely due to not closing the inlet and outlet duct gates during operation. Countermeasure: Just close the gates of the inlet and outlet ducts.

  3. Additionally, due to severe vibrations of the casing, misalignment of the shaft and rolling bearings, eccentricity of the front and rear bearings, damage to the rolling bearings of the blower, or bending of the shaft, all can affect the bearing temperature of the blower. Solution: Timely lubrication to reduce the friction coefficient.

  4. If the motor belt is too loose, it is important to replace the motor belt in a timely manner and adjust the pulley to ensure even force.
