1. Phase loss operation, loud noise from the blower, heating, and prolonged operation can lead to burning.
2. Connecting to 380v or 220v, not paying attention to this distinction during actual use, and the site actually connecting to 380v at an angle can cause the blower to burn out.
3. Motor bearings not maintained for a long time: adding oil or replacing bearings, heating during operation, causing the blower to burn out.
4. Frequency conversion control, long-term low-frequency operation without sufficient cooling air, leading to insufficient heat dissipation and burning of the blower.
5. If the braking motor experiences a braking failure, cannot open, or is not fully opened, it can lead to the motor burning out.
6. Overcurrent blockage or long-term burning of the motor.
7. Power supply voltage is too high. Excessively high power supply voltage can cause the motor winding coils to burn out.
8. Poor insulation quality of the Roots blower. For example, inter-turn, inter-phase short circuits, or shell cracks.
9. Overloading, such as phase loss, low power supply voltage, mechanical failure, or insufficient distribution margin, are all manifestations of overload. The main reasons for motor burning are phase loss in the power supply and mechanical failure.
