1. When using the Roots blower, it should be cleaned regularly and promptly according to the on-site environment, such as dust and particles.
2. When starting up every day, check the oil tank position and oil quality on time, and add or replace it in a timely manner; the gear oil needs to be changed once after the new Suzhou Roots blower has been running for a month, and again after three months. The oil change cycle can be determined based on the quality of the oil, but it should not exceed six months.
3. After the first 24 hours of operation of the Roots blower, adjust the tension of the V-belt once; after 3-4 days, adjust the belt tension for the second time; adjust the belt three times after a week; and adjust again after a month. After that, pay attention to observe and check the belt tension promptly if any abnormal sounds or high current are found.
4. During operation, the bearing temperature should not exceed 95℃, and the lubricating oil temperature should not exceed 65℃.
5. The intake temperature should not exceed 40℃. If it exceeds 40℃, cooling measures should be taken.
