2. The so-called rated load refers to the static pressure difference between the intake and exhaust ports, and the pressure value is determined based on the calibration value on the nameplate. When the exhaust pipe pressure is normal, attention should be paid to the pressure changes at the air inlet to avoid excessive load.
3. During normal operation of the blower, it is strictly prohibited to fully close the inlet and outlet valves. Regular observation of the pressure situation is necessary to check for overload during exhaust; otherwise, the safety valve should be adjusted in time to prohibit overload operation.
4. Due to the characteristics of Roots blowers, the gas at the exhaust port should not be allowed to flow back directly to the blower's intake for a long time (which changes the temperature of the automatically entering lubricating oil gas), otherwise it will affect the operation of the machine. If backflow adjustment is needed, cooling measures should be taken.
5. Regularly check the position of the lubricating oil level, conduct periodic inspections, and keep records to ensure sufficient oil quantity. An automatic oil injection method can be used for equipment maintenance of the Roots blower.
