1. Fan for Sewage Treatment Station -Roots Blower, if loading is required, it is used for constant flow effect. Since the Roots blower is a constant flow fan, the main working parameter is air volume, and as the pipeline and load change, the output pressure also changes accordingly, while the air volume changes little. The fan is a type of high-pressure fan, and the Roots blower is a volumetric fan that proportionally delivers the air volume and speed, transporting the gas from the intake side to the discharge side.
2. Fan for Sewage Treatment - When the load requires a constant pressure effect, a pressurizing fan can be used. Since the blower is a constant pressure type fan, the main working parameter is air pressure, and the output air volume changes with the pipeline and load, while the air pressure changes little. Centrifugal fans have low air pressure; under the action of centrifugal force, the air compression process usually goes through several working impellers (or several stages). The torque characteristic of the blower is squared, while the torque characteristic of the Roots blower is basically constant.
3. Fan for Sewage Treatment - The Roots blower generally has a large air volume and high pressure, and it also has noise issues. If a smaller air volume is needed and noise requirements are high, the Roots blower can be selected. The Roots blower also belongs to the constant flow type fan, with the main working parameter being air volume. The output pressure changes with the pipeline and load, while the air volume changes little. The Roots blower uses variable volume compression, and its main features are: low speed, low noise, low vibration, and high energy efficiency.
