(1) Desulfurization booster fan trips and alarms;
(2) The bypass damper of the desulfurization system opens automatically, and the original and clean flue gas dampers close automatically;
(3) The current of the booster fan on the screen drops to zero, and the motor changes from red to green.
The possible reasons for the above situations are:
(1) Operator misoperation leading to fan shutdown;
(2) Shutdown of the desulfurization tower recirculation pump;
(3) High temperature of the booster fan bearing;
(4) High temperature of the motor winding;
(5) Excessive vibration of the fan bearing;
(6) Electrical faults;
(7) The booster fan experiences surge.
