Damage to the fan's bearings, poor operating conditions, damaged oil seals, and excessive assembly gaps can all lead to bearing damage, which causes temperature increases, and the temperature of the bearing housing will also rise, potentially leading to deformation of the bearing housing. Gear wear in the fan can increase the side gap of the gears, causing changes in the positions of the two rotors, leading to mutual collisions and friction. If the rotor or casing is deformed, it can cause the gap between the rotor's outer diameter and the casing to become too small, resulting in rotor friction and jamming. If the gap between the rotor end face and the side cover plate is too small, debris can get squeezed into the gap between the rotor and the side cover plate, causing friction and jamming of the rotor.
