Compared to the two-lobe type, the three-lobe blower has less gas pulsation, less vibration, and lower noise. The elliptical shell hole surface on the two shafts of the fan, the end face of the impeller, and the small gap between the front and rear end covers of the fan and between the fan impellers are always maintained. Driven by the synchronous gears, air is transported from the fan inlet along the shell wall to the discharge side. Since both rotors are fixed on a set of synchronous gears, when they rotate, a relatively small gap is maintained between the cylinder and the rotor to prevent contact. Generally, the gap between them is about a few millimeters. Since there is no friction between them, they can operate at high speeds with a high air volume or exhaust speed.
1. Filtration and dust removal.

For users transporting biogas, cleaning oil and gas dust is very important, and the filter element of the three-lobe Roots blower should be replaced regularly.
3. Ventilation and noise reduction.
In addition to filtering the dust above the filtration system, there is another very important role, which is to reduce the noise of the blower. Since the blower is quite noisy, the intake system should not only consider dust removal but also noise reduction. If the noise level increases, considering faults, the issue of the intake silencer should also be taken into account.
