1. Aquaculture Oxygenation
The general pipeline for aquaculture is mainly based on the supporting service area, and the size of the blower outlet must be considered.
For branch pipes, within the maintenance range of this size, a flow rate of 50mm is sufficient, and the size of DN20/25 PVC pipes can be used. This way, the same size can be reasonably changed to a smaller volume without affecting the flow rate and maintaining pressure. Choosing the correct blower is very important. If the type is too large, the air volume will be too high to be discharged, resulting in pressure in the pipeline! If the air volume is too small, the increase in oxygen will not be enough.
2. Wastewater Treatment
Generally speaking, in the wastewater treatment process, since the size of the aeration tank is not too large, most designs for such wastewater treatment are 4*10 meters, 8*12 meters, 20*30 meters, etc. Multiple pipeline options include DN50/DN63/DN75 models.
If the daily processing volume is large, CSR200 and CSR300 models can be selected. Since the transportation distance is not far, DN90 or DN110 large pipes are generally used, and using these specifications can ensure air circulation. If the transportation distance is too far, consideration should be given to using larger diameter pipes to ensure gas delivery.
3. Logistics Distribution Channels.
For transporting grains, fly ash, granules, sand, etc., strict requirements for pipelines are necessary. This needs to be determined based on the user's hourly processing volume, transportation medium, and other related factors, such as the flow of materials within the pipeline, flow rate, etc.
