Aeration blowers can generate sufficient pressure: The aeration process of the blower is a molecular mass transfer process between gas and liquid. To fully diffuse and contact the gas in the liquid and prevent suspended solids in the liquid from settling, the aeration blower must be able to generate sufficient pressure to fully stir and dissolve oxygen in the liquid.
What are the conditions for use?
① The solid particle content in the gas must not exceed 100 meters, and the dust particle size must not exceed 0.05 mm.
② The inlet gas temperature must not exceed 35℃.
③ The bearing temperature must not exceed 85℃.
④ The coal tar content index of the gas should comply with TJ28-78 "Design Standards for Urban Gas".
⑤ The lubricating oil temperature must not exceed 65℃.
⑥ The indicated pressure on the blower must not exceed the specified boost range in the label; otherwise, the system should be stopped to check whether the inlet is blocked, whether the inlet and outlet valves are completely closed, whether there is friction in the stationary parts of the blower, and take appropriate measures.
