First, check each component of the Roots blower, including the connection status of all components, as well as the installation quality of the intake and exhaust pipelines and valves, etc.; then carefully check whether the screws of each part of the Roots blower are tightened and whether there is any looseness. Please pay attention to whether the fan-related components are clean and whether they need cleaning.
There must be no other external loads when starting the fan, as this may have a certain impact on the equipment; check the fan and motor two or three times; see if the fan wiring is intact. Next, also check the surroundings of the unit base to see if it is secured.
You can first test the machine and then run it to see if there are any obvious noise issues. If you have performed the above-related adjustments before using the Roots blower, the likelihood of unexpected situations will be very small. Mechanical operation is crucial for safety. Properly preparing for the use of the Roots blower is beneficial for normal work and protects the personal safety of the operator.
Check the backup mechanical equipment of the fan system and make sufficient startup preparations. Check the main switch of the backup machine valve power supply to ensure that the outlet valve of the Roots blower is completely closed and the safety passage valve is fully open.
Start the backup fan and stop the fan. When everything is normal with the backup fan, slowly close the fan outlet and disconnect the backup fan circuit. The valve of the secondary coil pipe of the auxiliary fan gradually closes, so the working pressure at the fan outlet is slightly higher, requiring the fan to stop.
Gradually open the secondary pipeline valve of the fan and slowly close the exhaust valve of the used fan, so that the working pressure of the exhaust valve is slightly higher, maintaining the original working pressure of the exhaust port. Throughout the process, the working pressure at the fan outlet should maintain a balance to ensure reliable system working pressure.
