Check whether the switches of the backup power supply valves are in place, ensuringRoots blowerThe outlet valve is fully closed, and the inlet valve is fully open. After routine inspection, turn on the fan preparatory device as required. At the same time, the backup fan is turned on, and the backup fan stops being used. If the backup fan is working normally, slowly close the machine outlet and open the backup fan circuit. Gradually close the fan outlet valve, making the outlet pressure slightly higher than the original outlet pressure. Close the working pressure of the fan outlet.
Once the above tasks are completed, gradually close the fan outlet valve. Use the fan outlet valve to make the outlet pressure slightly greater than the pressure applied at the original outlet hole. Throughout the process, maintain the wind direction and outlet pressure to ensure pressure balance and system pressure stability. Gradually use the Roots blower auxiliary line and outlet valve. When fully shutting down, all valves of the backup fan auxiliary line and outlet valve are fully opened, at which point the machine stops running, completing the switch of the Roots blower.
The fan control cabinet control handle manual gear, close the fan intake valve and vacuum partition.
The sequence of the main engine and the pre-wash pump of the intermediate pump should be stopped in stages. Do not mistakenly think of stopping in sequence to avoid damaging the machine.
Before stopping the water washing pump, first open the water washing pump buffer tank to drain the dirty valve, and then close the pump.
