  The main factors affecting the outlet temperature of the fan include: fan volumetric efficiency, working pressure, internal leakage of the fan, and intake temperature, etc. High temperature is an abnormal phenomenon that can bring many adverse effects to the fan itself, even leading to shutdown, which in turn affects the operation of the entire system. If the pipe diameter is artificially changed according to special requirements, it can easily cause pressure loss. In agricultural production, the fineness of the main pipe often appears. To change the fineness of the main pipe, corresponding treatment is required to ensure the normal discharge of the fan.

  Second, the working environment. The fan operates in the pump room according to normal design standards, but in practice, most Roots blowers operate in outdoor environments. In summer, the impact of environmental factors is more pronounced. In conditioned places, cooling equipment can be configured to minimize the impact of environmental factors on the fan, or soundproof covers can be used along with heat dissipation devices.

  3. Fan configuration. The pressure of the fan is related to the air volume, but small fans often carry large fans. In this way, the fan will impose a greater load on the motor to meet the flow requirements during use, leading to motor overheating and fan overheating.

  4. Fan installation. If the flow pressure is normal when the new fan starts to use, but the overload is not thermal, but after a period of time, it starts to burn, the fan needs to recheck the tightness of the belt and re-tighten the screws.
