The Mingfeng series rotary blowers can be divided into two types based on the different models of the rotary blowers and the different positions of their oil tanks. One is when the oil tank is located on the rotary blower, and the other is when the oil tank is located at the bottom of the rotary blower's air storage tank. Follow the two steps below. 1. The method for handling waste oil from the oil tank is divided into the following two types based on the different positions of the rotary blower's oil tank. 1. If the oil tank is located at the bottom of the fan. First, use a wrench to remove the oil label from the oil filling port (on the oil filling port of the fan base), then remove the oil filter, tilt the fan base, and drain the waste oil from the oil tank as much as possible from the drain port. 2. If the oil tank is located at the bottom of the fan's air storage tank. First, use a wrench to remove the nut from the oil filling port (at the oil filling port at the bottom of the air storage tank), then remove the oil filter, and unscrew the drain port at the bottom of the air storage tank to drain the waste oil from the oil tank. 2. The operation method for refilling the oil tank, based on the different positions of the oil tank, is also divided into the following two types. 1. If the oil tank is located at the base of the rotary blower, after completing the above two steps, install the oil filter and return pipe that have been cleaned with the cleaning liquid, and inject lubricating oil (No. 68 wear-resistant hydraulic oil) into the oil tank. Fill the oil tank to about 3/4, do not exceed the oil gauge scale line, and then tighten the oil gauge. Be careful to tighten with a wrench to avoid air and oil leaks from the fan's oil tank. 2. If the oil tank is at the bottom of the rotary blower's air storage tank, after completing the above two steps, install the oil filter and return pipe, and then refill the oil tank with lubricating oil (No. 68 wear-resistant hydraulic oil). The filling position must not exceed the center of the oil observation window, that is, the red dot of the observation window. Tighten the filling nut again, being careful with the wrench to avoid oil and air leaks from the fan. Precautions for changing the oil of the rotary blower: If the lubricating oil of the rotary blower bearing is used normally, it should be changed at least once every six months. The first use should run for about 200 hours, and the second oil change should be done in 1 to 2 months. After that, the lubricating oil should be checked once a week. For example, if the lubricating oil has not deteriorated, the oil change can be extended to 2 to 4 months, and the specified standard grade lubricating oil should be used for the change. When changing oil, first empty the oil in the oil tank, and then inject new oil. It is best not to add on top of the old oil. If used for a long time, the oil in the tank may become too dirty and thick, affecting the operation of the rotary blower. When checking daily, also pay attention to the oil level position. If the oil level is found to be below half, it should be replenished in time. If the rotary blower is long-term lacking oil, the motor may burn out in severe cases.

Mingfeng SeriesRotary BlowerAccording to the different models of the rotary blower and the different positions of its oil tank, it can be divided into two types. One is the oil tank located on the rotary blower, and the other is the oil tank located at the bottom of the rotary blower's gas storage tank. Follow the two steps below.

1. The method for handling waste oil from the oil tank is divided into the following two types based on the different positions of the rotary blower's oil tank. 1. The oil tank is located at the bottom of the fan. First, use a wrench to remove the oil label from the oil filling port (on the oil filling port of the fan base), then remove the oil filter, tilt the fan base, and drain the waste oil from the oil tank as much as possible from the drain port. 2. The oil tank is located at the bottom of the fan's gas storage tank. First, use a wrench to remove the nut from the filling port (at the oil filling port at the bottom of the gas storage tank), then remove the oil filter, and finally open the drain port at the bottom of the gas storage tank to drain the waste oil from the oil tank.

2. The method for refilling the oil tank, based on the different positions of the oil tank, is also divided into the following two types. 1. If the oil tank is located at the base of the rotary blower, after completing the above two steps, install the oil filter and return pipe that have been cleaned with the cleaning liquid, and inject lubricating oil (No. 68 wear-resistant hydraulic oil) into the oil tank. The filling position must not exceed the center of the observation oil window, which is the red dot of the observation oil window. Tighten the filling nut again, and be careful with the wrench to avoid oil and air leaks from the fan.
